It’s specifically tailored to work with women and those who menstruate delicate hormonal balance to optimize your hormones for weight loss. The workouts are a fine balance of challenging without overstressing your hormones (a vital consideration for those with hormonal imbalance) and tailored to what your body needs during each phase of your cycle. Other workout plans might be too intense or not have the right balance of macros or nutrients in the meal plan we need to feel our best . Our bodies are different and change throughout the month- we need to adapt our workouts and diets for that. When you’re following workouts ad hoc or random meal plans, it simply won’t be as effective because it wasn’t designed to be like Harmonē has been.

Why do I have to download the Trainerize App to access Harmonē?

Harmonē is powered by Trainerize. To access Harmonē all you need to do is download the free app from Trainerize to get started and sign in with your Harmonē member credentials.

What is the meal plan like?

It changes every week and is inspired by delicious, and easy to prepare meals. Though the dishes change from week to week, the foundation of the meal plan is low-glycemic index meals that will support your hormonal balance and help you get results from this program.

How long does it take to get results?

This depends on each person. Especially with hormonal imbalance, our metabolisms are impacted. But if you can stick with the meal plan and workouts for at least 4 weeks you will definitely start to feel better. Also non-scale victories are things we focus on in this program. Are you getting stronger? Are you more energized, these are the results we are confident you’ll experience with Harmonē in a matter of weeks.

I’m not very active, will this work for me?

Absolutely! We all start somewhere and this is a great place to begin. The workouts are designed to be challenging, but there are always modifications and we encourage you to do as much as you can and try to improve each day. Even a few exercises is 100% better than nothing.

I don’t have weights at home, can I still follow these workouts?

Weights will make it easier to get the metabolic results the program was designed for. But if you can get a few dumbbells or resistance bands you can still get in a fantastic workout.

We also might recommend going to a local community centre or gym to make use of their equipment if you can.

If I don’t have hormonal imbalance issues, will this still work for me?

Anyone with hormonal imbalance can benefit from this program and the meal plan. Though Harmonē is designed specifically to help simplify the lifestyle habits those with hormonal imbalances need to feel their best, this program can help most people get more balanced.
