I’m so excited to be talking about this today! I work with lots of women with hypothyroidism and one of the things THEY ALL have in common is their struggle to stay consistent with their workout plans

And that’s totally normal. We’re human. Motivation can come and go. Life can get in the way.

Even though I’m a Personal Trainer and am passionate about fitness, I have days where I can’t get motivated to get off the couch and workout. Or days where I need to convince myself to have more than cookies (gluten free of course) for dinner.
